Fokus vil ligge p\u00e5 at arbejde med lykkebegrebet.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ved siden af et fors\u00f8g p\u00e5 at erkende lykke begrebet, vil vi arbejde med sundheds antropologiske aspekter med fokus p\u00e5 traditionelle behandlingssystemer og overensstemmelse mellem tradition og behandling. Her vil religion spille en naturlig rolle, for skal man s\u00f8ge en forklaring p\u00e5 lykke erkendelse som et udtryk for, at tilv\u00e6relsen ikke er fjernnet fra spirituelle forklaringer og naturmedicinske modeller for helbredelse. Der rejser sig mange sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og vi vil s\u00f8ge at finde nogle svar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Kurset<br>falder i to dele en teoretisk del i Danmark og en rejsedel i Bhutan. Form\u00e5let med den danske del af kurset er at problematiserer lykke begrebet set ud fra en dansk hverdag. Rejsedelen af kurset har til form\u00e5l at vende lykkebegrebet, n\u00e5r det formuleres som national ramme for selvforst\u00e5else. Belysningen og sammenstillingen af individuel contra national lykke vil give os en bedre erkendelse af begrebet og dermed v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer til at takle de mange konsultationer hvor Verdens lykkeligste folk har \u201dondt i livet\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurset er godkendt for 2 dage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inden afrejse vil der v\u00e6re 2 kursusdage i Danmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dag 1 Afrejse fra Danmark 7. april 2013, (bestemt ud fra hvorn\u00e5r fly fra Delhi til Bhutan afg\u00e5r) ankomst til Delhi og transfer til hotel.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dag 2<br>Delhi bes\u00f8g I Old Delhi&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dag 3 Delhi\u00a0 \u2013 Paro<br>Morgen transfer til lufthavnen for at n\u00e5 fly til Paro Bhutans internationale lufthavn. Efter indcheckning p\u00e5 hotel og et lille hvil er der eftermiddags bes\u00f8ger p\u00e5 National museet Ta-Dzong.\u00a0<br>Once the watch tower for the Rinpung Dzong, it was converted into the National Museum in 1968.The museum stands on a Promontory overlooking the Paro valley in all its glory.<br>Visit the Paro Rinpung Dzong. A flagstone path rises gradually from a beautiful wooden bridge with shingle roofing and abutted by two guard houses, to the Dzong. Today the Dzong is the seat of the district administration as well as the home for the monastic school. The central tower (Utse) of the Dzong, with its superb woodwork is one of the most beautiful in the nation. The Dzong was built in 1645 A.D.\u00a0<br>Overnight at your hotel.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>Dag 04<br>In Paro \u2013 walk to Taktsang\u00a0<br>After breakfast, drive for a short trek to Taktsang Monastery (10 Kms) from Paro Town.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" src=\"http:\/\/www.etnomed.dk\/images\/stories\/div_foto\/bhutan2.jpg\" alt=\"bhutan2\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The name Taktsang means \u201cTiger\u2019s Nest\u201d. The monastery is perched on a rocky ledge with a sheer drop of nearly 800 Mtrs. It is said that in the second half of the 8th century, Guru Padma Sambhava, the second Buddha, alighted here upon the back of a tigress.\u00a0<br>The round trip hike takes about 4 hrs.\u00a0<br>Later drive to Drugyal Dzong (a ruined fortress \u2013 16 kms away from Paro town).\u00a0<br>The Dzong, although in ruins, holds great historical significance. It was from this fortress that the Bhutanese repelled many Tibetan invasions.\u00a0 This spot offers a magnificent view of Mount Chomolhari,\u201dMountain of Goddess\u201d(Alt.7329 Mtrs).<br>Overnight at your hotel.<br>\u00a0<br>Dag 05<br>Paro \u2013 Jele Dzong (7 kms)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br>Alt 3.450 m Time = 4-5 hrs\u00a0\u00a0<br>This is a short trekking day. The trek trail is rather gradual till the camp and if the weather is clear, you will see an awe-striking view of the Paro valley against the back drop of the snow-capped mountains.\u00a0 O\/n Camp<br>\u00a0<br>Dag 06<br>Jele Dzong \u2013 Jangchulakha (10 kms)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br>Alt 3.450 m Time = 4-5 hrs\u00a0\u00a0<br>You begin with an uphill climb for an hour and a half. The trail takes you through thick alpine forest and rhododendron trees. You may see yaks with yak herders around your campsite.\u00a0\u00a0 O\/n Camp<br>\u00a0<br>Dag 07<br>Jangchulakha \u2013 Jimilangtso (11 kms)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br>Alt 3.780 m Time = 5-6 hrs\u00a0<br>The trail follows the ridge and on a clear day the view of the mountains and valley\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br>are breathtakingly beautiful. The campsite is close to the Lake Jimilangtso. These Lakes are known for their giant size trouts and if lucky you may enjoy a well-prepared trout for dinner.\u00a0 O\/n Camp<br>\u00a0<br>Dag 08<br>Jimilangtso \u2013 Simkota Lake (11 kms)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br>Alt 4.040 m Time = 4-5 hrs\u00a0\u00a0<br>The trail takes you through dwarf rhododendron trees and the lake of Janetso. You may come across some Yak herder\u2019s camps where you will have the opportunity to get a glimpse of nomadic life. The campsite is close to Simkota Lake and if you are lucky, you can do some trout fishing.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>Dag 09<br>Simkota \u2013 Phajoding &#8211; Thimphu (18 kms)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br>Alt 2.300 m Time = 5- 6 hrs\u00a0<br>The trek begins with a gradual climb. If the weather permits, you will have a spectacular view of Mount &#8220;Gangkhar Punsum&#8221;, the highest mountain in Bhutan as well as other Himalayan mountain ranges from the Dochula pass. From here, the trek takes you downhill to Phajoding.\u00a0<br>The trek to Thimphu is all the way downhill through a forested area of mostly blue pine.\u00a0<br>The walk, at a leisurely pace, takes about three hours.\u00a0<br>Hot shower and dinner at the hotel in Thimphu<br>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dag 10<br>In Thimphu<br>Visit Tashichho Dzong \u2013 the main secretariat building. It is from here that the King and other prominent civil servants run the country, The Head Abbot and the central monastic body also reside here during the summer.&nbsp;<br>Visit Pangri Zampa Monastery, situated just beyond Dechencholing Palace.<br>This temple was the first residence of Shabdrung Nhawang Namgyal when he arrived in Bhutan in 1616 A.D.
